Making Yogurt Leather

This is another yummy treat that you and your kids will love!! Make your own fruit and/or yogurt roll up!

What you need:

Dehydrator

yogurt

Pureed fruit if desired

saran wrap or parchment sheets

Take your homemade yogurt by the spoonful and spread to about 1/8 inch thick. You could also make a variety by adding jam, fruit, or fruit sauce to the yogurt and puree until smooth. Line your dehydrator trays with saran wrap or parchment sheets. Place in the dehydrator that is set at 135 degrees until leathery (about 4 hours). Roll each  in saran wrap that is cut to size and store in an airtight container. If they are eaten quickly, like at my house you can just keep them in the cupboard. But you can make them keep longer if needed by place the container in the fridge or freezer.
